Gyloper Travel Agency Singapore provides travel planning, booking, and consultation services including but not limited to:

• Singapore city tours and excursions
• Hotel and accommodation bookings in Singapore
• Singapore attraction tickets and passes
• Food and cultural experiences in Singapore
• Regional tours from Singapore (Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.)
• Transportation arrangements within Singapore
• Travel insurance coordination

3. Booking and Payments

All travel bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the service providers (attractions, hotels, tour operators, etc.).

3.1 Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure bookings. Full payment is required 30 days before departure for Singapore tours, unless otherwise specified.

3.2 Price Changes

Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change until full payment is received due to factors beyond our control including GST changes, attraction price adjustments, and supplier price changes.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by supplier and will be communicated at the time of booking. Generally for Singapore tours:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure may receive a partial refund, minus non-refundable deposits and fees.
• Cancellations within 30 days of departure typically receive no refund.
• Some Singapore attractions may offer date changes in lieu of refunds.

Gyloper Travel Agency Singapore's service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced on your itinerary.

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents including passports, visas (if required for Singapore entry), and any required vaccinations. We will provide guidance but cannot be held responsible for denied entry or travel interruptions due to improper documentation.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other unforeseen circumstances. We can assist with insurance purchases but the choice and coverage are your responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gyloper Travel Agency Singapore acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers. We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any supplier or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages resulting therefrom.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, government travel advisories, terrorism, disease outbreaks, strikes, or supplier failures.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, graphics, logos, and images is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
